The necessary ones make the site work. The others measure which pages help and which ads bring the people who need DM11. Your choice, and you can revisit it from the footer.
LAST UPDATED: 31 JULY 2026
This policy explains which cookies the DM11 website uses and how you control each one. There are three groups: the strictly necessary ones, which make the site work; audience analytics; and advertising. The last two are optional, depend on your consent, and you can allow one and refuse the other.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information between pages and between visits, such as your chosen language or your answer to the consent banner.
Equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage, are treated the same way as cookies under this policy.
These are the cookies the site needs in order to work and to respect your choices. They store, for example, your language preference and the record of your answer to the consent banner, so that we do not ask again on every page.
These cookies do not identify you personally for marketing purposes and are not used to build profiles. Because they are necessary to deliver the service you requested, they do not depend on consent and cannot be switched off through the banner. You can still block them in your browser, bearing in mind that parts of the site may stop working correctly.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read most, where visits come from and where navigation runs into difficulty. This helps us improve the content and structure of the site.
These cookies are optional and have a box of their own in the banner. The analytics script only loads after you tick that box. If you refuse, or simply do not respond, no analytics is loaded and no Google Analytics cookie is written to your browser.
Data collected through this tool is handled in aggregate, statistical form. Google acts as a data processor under its service terms and may transfer data internationally. Details on purposes, legal bases and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
DM11 advertises on Google, on LinkedIn, on Facebook and Instagram, and on TikTok. If you tick the advertising box in the banner, those four partners receive cookies for two things: to know which ad brought you here, and to build remarketing audiences, which means DM11 ads may be shown to you later, on their sites and services.
Four companies, and their names belong here: Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel, which covers Facebook and Instagram under a single identifier, and the TikTok Pixel. Each handles the data under its own privacy policy, and none of them receives anything until you tick the box.
Until 31 July 2026 this policy said the site used no advertising cookies and no social media pixels, and that was true. It stopped being true, and the text was corrected alongside the change, before any new collection. Anyone who had already answered the old banner is asked again: that consent covered analytics, and consent given for one purpose does not carry over to another.
This box starts unticked and is independent of the analytics box. You can allow analytics and refuse advertising, allow both, or refuse both. Refusing advertising limits nothing on the site, and you may still see DM11 ads elsewhere, only without any connection to your browsing here.
One point that usually stays buried in cookie policies, written out here: if you tick the advertising box AND submit the form on the contact page, your email address is sent to Google in scrambled form, through a function that cannot be reversed, to match that submission with the ad click that brought you. Google does not receive the readable address, and this matching exists only if you allowed advertising. Refuse it and the form works exactly the same, with none of this happening.
That is different from the details you type in to receive a proposal. Those go to DM11, for the sales team to reply, and are handled under the Privacy Policy, with a different purpose and a different legal basis. Advertising is not why we ask for your contact details.
We still do not sell browsing data to advertisers.
On your first visit, the site shows a banner with two buttons of the same size, accept all and necessary only, plus a third path to choose item by item between analytics and advertising. Your choice is recorded and applies to later visits from the same browser and device.
Refusing does not restrict access to any part of the site. All content remains available, and refusing takes the same number of clicks as accepting.
You can revisit your decision at any time through the Cookie preferences link, in the footer of any page. It erases the recorded choice and brings the banner straight back, so you can decide again. Withdrawing consent costs exactly what giving it cost.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. The privacy settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge let you control cookies per site and erase browsing data already stored.
Where a cookie makes it possible to identify you, directly or indirectly, the corresponding data is processed under Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018, known as the LGPD.
You may exercise your rights as a data subject, such as access, correction, erasure and withdrawal of consent, by writing to contato@dm11.com.br. Full details are in DM11's Privacy Policy.
This policy may be updated when the tools we use or the applicable law change. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
